This release features soundboard recordings of S×T's 1991 Ohio concert and their 1987 Amsterdam concert. It's no surprise that they won first place in the "Most Stupid Band" category of the punk fanzine "Flip Side" popularity poll! In 1983, they released their first album, "Suicidal Tendencies." The single "Institutionalised" was heavily played on radio and elsewhere, and the album sold a cumulative 150,000 copies in three years.
