STEEL WHEELS TOUR This release features a complete recording of the opening night performance at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, California, on November 4, 1989, using the original master recording by world-renowned tape recorder Mike Millard in superb audience recording quality.

While Oakland was a familiar venue for the Stones, as they performed there many times during their US tours since 1969, this particular performance, previously lacking a high-quality recording, is now available in ultra-high fidelity thanks to Millard's recording.

This performance was incredibly exciting, and the Stones responded with a fantastic performance, packed with highlights and a truly excellent show.

Enjoy this Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum performance from the Steel Wheels Tour, which was the largest world tour in the Stones' history at the time, in the superb sound quality of Mike Millard's recordings.
