THE WHO / LIVE L.A. 3 NIGHTS WHO ARE YOU US TOUR 1980 (6CDR)
The Who's 1980 American tour, featuring three shows at the LA Forum on June 20th and the LA Sports Arena on June 23rd and 24th, is now available on a six-disc set, completely recorded in superb quality and direct from legendary taper Mike Millard! This setlist features a new lineup following the death of Keith Moon, featuring former Faces member Kenny Jones on drums, former FREE member John Rabbit Vanderick on keyboards, and a horn section. The LA Forum performance featured "Young Man Blues," "Dancing in the Streets," and "Dance It Away." The opening show at the Sports Arena featured "Summertime Blues," "Twist and Shout," and "You Belong to Us," while the following show featured "Magic Bus" and "Relay." This is a highly recommended title that summarizes three performances of the 1980 tour, a must-listen live performance by Mike Millard!
