This 120-minute recording of the NME Poll Winners Concert, hosted by the famous British music magazine NME and New Musical Express, held at Wembley Stadium on April 26, 1964, has been remastered from existing black-and-white leaked footage and is now fully recorded! The quality is superb. The performing artists were decided by fan popularity vote, but the headliner was the Beatles, who had already established a firm position at this point. Their aggressive performance here shows the highest tension, surpassing the other performers. Other performers included the Rolling Stones, the Hollies, and even that song by Freddie & the Dreamers, famous from late-night TV... It was a super luxurious stage featuring only the biggest British artists of the time!
