This release features a complete recording of the January 14th performance at Umeda Shangri-La, the opening night of Y&T's 2011 Japan tour, following the release of their first new album in 13 years, "FACEMELTER." The recording captures the entire show from the front row in superb, ultra-high-quality audience recording.

The news of Phil Kennemore's passing on January 7th, after a long illness, is deeply saddening. While the band members themselves may not have fully come to terms with the loss, they still delivered a moving and wonderful performance.

This incredible performance, captured using the label's original master recording from the front row, boasts an exceptionally immersive and live sound quality—the finest audience recording available.

The performance includes four new songs from "FACEMELTER" and many of their signature tracks, and, as with their previous performance, they delivered two encores, captivating the audience with Dave Meniketti's vocals and guitar playing for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
