This is the latest live recording from Liam Gallagher, who achieved his long-awaited goal of reaching number one on the UK solo album chart with his third solo album, 'C'MON YOU KNOW', and is considered to be at the peak of his career since the breakup of Oasis. The master recording is from a digital radio broadcast, with DJ talk and radio program banter carefully cut out. The original master had a rather thin and tinny sound quality, but it has been thoroughly remastered, increasing the sound pressure and restoring the original power of the live performance. The venue is Knebworth Park, where Oasis held a monumental concert in August 1996. This is a historic performance, their first in approximately 26 years. The extremely rare song "Roll It Over," which had never been performed before, even during the Oasis era, and was first performed at the Manchester concert two days earlier, is also brilliantly played. John Squire of The Stone Roses appears as a guest during the encore performance of "Champagne Supernova."
