This is a recording of Neil Young's 1989 acoustic concert. While there are some slightly distracting moments with nearby crowd noise between songs, the sound quality itself is of such high quality that it requires no further editing. Editing is limited to correcting chapter positions. This recording captures the period when the timeless rock anthem "ROCKIN' IN THE FREE WORLD," which would continue to be sung, was born from the album "Freedom." Furthermore, in addition to the title track, the famous song "CRIME IN THE CITY" is also performed from the unique album "This Note's for You," which features Sugawara. While it's primarily Neil's acoustic style, Crazy Horse's eternal young leader, Poncho, participates on some tracks.

***** Mike Millard Tape Series *****
The "Mike Millard Tapes," which have recently seen increased digitalization from direct masters or low-generation tapes, are recordings made by Mike Millard, a taper familiar to fans for his exceptional audience recording skills. The same label has released several recordings using these newly digitized Mike Millard tapes as masters, in two versions: "Brushed Mike Millard Tapes" and "Legendary Mike Millard Tapes." Not all Mike Millard tapes have perfect sound quality; some have considerable room for improvement, and those that have been significantly edited and improved are the "Brushed" series. The "Legendary" series, on the other hand, originally had near-perfect sound quality with little room for improvement, and only minor editing such as light cuts between tracks was done.
