This recording of Santana's March 19th performance at the Capitol Center in Landover, Maryland, from his 1977 North American tour, is now available as a mixer-direct stereo soundboard recording!

This tour, following the release of the album "Festival," begins with a three-song medley similar to the album's opening number, and features songs primarily from the album, including "Europa" and signature hits like "Black Magic Woman ~ Gypsy Queen." Jazz vibraphonist Roy Ayers makes a guest appearance on "Soul Sacrifice."

Original member José Chepito Arias returns, and percussionist Raul Ricou, who would remain with the band until the 2000s, joins the lineup. This unearthed live recording captures the raw, authentic performance of this lineup!
