This is a complete recording of THE CRUSADERS' Tokyo performance on February 27, 2008, featuring Steve Gadd, captured in superb sound quality audience recording. Fans were captivated by how the masterful Steve Gadd would interpret the Crusaders' distinctive groove, characteristic of Stix Hooper's style. The Japanese performance, centered around 70s tracks such as "Sweet N' Sour," "Spiral," and "Snowflake," was a fantastic show that exceeded fan expectations. This particular performance included a superb sequence in the middle section, transitioning perfectly from "Carnival Of The Night" to "Hard Times," making it arguably the best set of the tour and a truly satisfying experience. As for the crucial aspect of sound quality, the original audience master has been digitally remastered to an extremely high quality, achieving a superb level of quality that could even be said to surpass the soundboard. The sound of all instruments is captured in a well-balanced and incredibly lifelike manner, resulting in an impeccable finish. In particular, the superb reproduction of Gadd's drum tone is noteworthy. From the air pressure of the bass drum to the vivid tones of the percussion instruments, and his unique stick work, it's as if you're experiencing it right in front of you. The two passionate drum solos incorporated into "Carnival Of The Night" and "Snowflake" are so amazing that you'll wonder if you can die without hearing them!
