This item features a complete audio and video recording of Van Halen's performance as the headliner on the second day of the legendary 1983 US Festival! While the complete version of this live performance was previously known from leaked video footage and three songs broadcast on radio and TV, the audio on discs 1 and 2 is a completely new, high-quality audience recording, not from the video footage.

Although it's an audience recording, the quality is... Similar to the Ozzy Osbourne recording used at the same festival, released prior to this one, this release features superb sound quality comparable to a soundboard recording, captured from a master copy, allowing you to enjoy this classic live performance in a different sonic landscape.

Three tracks that were broadcast on radio are included as bonus tracks at the end.

Furthermore, Disc 3 contains the complete pro-shot video of the same live performance, with the latest video processing to improve the previously dark and difficult-to-see shortcomings, and the three tracks that were broadcast on TV have been replaced.
