This release captures Buddy Guy's live performance at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica in Cleveland, Ohio, on May 26, 2013, during his U.S. tour. While Buddy Guy delivered an energetic performance at the Crossroads Festival charity event, he showcases even more intense guitar work on his own tour. Naturally, he plays the classic tracks that long-time fans adore, but his renditions of covers by other artists are also superb. His blues playing is brilliant throughout the set, with a standout performance of the Jeff Beck classic "Going Down." Although this is an audience recording, the sound quality is excellent; thanks to the venue's modest size, the recording captures a direct, clear, and well-balanced sound.
