A live recording by Pat Metheny's trio. This is a relatively rare recording from 1999, featuring a trio with Larry Grenadier and Bill Stewart. They seem to have made a good combination, as they released official albums together in 1999 and 2000. This title features a radio broadcast of Metheny's performance at a 1999 jazz festival, resulting in excellent sound quality. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's not the full set due to broadcast time constraints. All of the DJ's commentary has been cut, but Metheny's commentary remains.
