The astonishing outtakes collection Our Waiting 4 Ur Lust (2CDR) featured never-before-heard versions and unreleased tracks, making it seem like it was already destined for the Best Outtakes Collection of 2012 award. Its sequel is just as impressive. Acquiring Prince outtakes owned by Prince collectors DJ Sandeman and Lars Meijer, the mixer and mastering engineer, the album also included several other outtakes. The result is a CD with a tracklist and sound quality that surpasses anything available on the market! This release includes the complete versions of High Fashion and Mutiny, two tracks never before performed together by Prince; a stereo spread version of Lust U Always, also included on Our Waiting 4 Ur Lust (2CDR), with a different mix; a long version of Purple Music with a different arrangement; the already improved sound quality of Our Destiny, and the finally released full-length version of the classic Go; a long version of Baby Go-Go's, which is a minute longer than before and features funky bass and keyboards and Prince's screams in the second half; the never-before-heard, ultra-funky, nearly nine-minute "The Line #2," featuring a horn section with a very different sound; the shocking "Fuchsia Light," with its heavy rhythm, Prince's falsetto, and the careful intertwining of the horns, also a development never heard before; and the miraculous funk version of Prince's 1988 production, "The Love Symbol," which is a very fresh version of Prince's 1988 production, "The Line," which features jazzier and slightly cheaper horns than the version on the Love Symbol album, but also includes many never-before-heard vocals. This ultimate 3-disc set features a surprising number of newly discovered Prince outtakes that will blow your mind, and will make you think of Max's song as a different one!
