In 2009, Seawind released their first new album in 29 years, "Reunion," marking their full-fledged reunion. This recording captures their July 21st Tokyo performance from their Japan tour in super high-quality audience recording.

Seawind is a crucial band in the fusion AOR movement, featuring the "Seawind Horns," who created the origins of horn ensembles that continue to influence the current music scene, and the captivating voice of lead singer Pauline Wilson.

Although horn section leader Jerry Hey was absent, the lineup—Larry Williams, Kim Hutchcroft, Ken Wild, Bud Nuanez, Bob Wilson, and Pauline Wilson—was the same as their 1981 Japan tour, delivering a series of magnificent performances that satisfied fans who had long awaited this day.
