This release captures the final night of Jeff Beck's 2014 Japan tour, recorded on April 9 at Tokyo Dome City Hall. As this was the fifth show of the tour, signs of fatigue seem to have set in; Jeff makes a mistake during the entry for "Led Boots," coming in too early for the intro. Despite this, the overall performance is excellent. The recording vividly captures these unscripted moments amidst a long tour, resulting in a highly enjoyable release. The sound quality is a well-balanced audience recording that offers clarity and a sense of presence; free from extreme tone adjustments, it can be enjoyed at high volume.
