A precious live album has arrived that conveys the entirety of Pavement's latest 2023 tour, their second reunion tour celebrating their 30th anniversary, in the best possible sound.
The live performance at Tokyo Dome City Hall on February 16th, the second day of their Tokyo shows, is fully recorded in astonishingly high sound quality. It features a multi-stereo IEM matrix sound source by the familiar XAVEL label. This is a masterpiece, a stereo mix of multiple IEMs with different mix balances used by each member on stage, perfectly balanced.

This was their first performance in Japan in 13 years since their initial reunion tour in 2010, and it was a huge success every day, featuring a superb setlist packed with their greatest hits. On this day too, the performance was a relentless barrage, starting with "Cut Your Hair" and culminating in a grand finale encore that kicked off with "Spit on a Stranger," with no dull moments whatsoever.
