A must-have DVD for fans, featuring two types of the WHO's latest live footage, both recorded in ultra-high-definition professional shots. To maintain a high bitrate, the release is split into two discs. Disc 1 contains the "VH1 Rock Honors" performance held in LA on July 17, 2008, and Disc 2 contains the performance at the Glastonbury Festival on June 24, 2007. Both discs are digitally remastered from the broadcast masters. The 2008 "Rock Honors" on Disc 1 features tribute-style cover performances by bands such as Foo Fighters and Incubus, comments from big-name musicians of various genres, and nostalgic footage, culminating in a performance of five songs, including "Baba O'Riley," by the legendary The Who. While the original broadcast of "Rock Honors" frequently suffered from audio skipping, this item has completely eliminated that problem through digital remastering. Disc 2 features a digitally recorded, high-definition version of The Who's magnificent performance as the headliner on the final day of the 2007 Glastonbury Festival. This video features the entire nearly 90-minute performance, showcasing Pete and Roger's ageless performance to the fullest.
