David Bowie, a multi-instrumentalist who represents Britain, and indeed the world. This compilation of two sets of rare rehearsal footage captures David's prime, as he rose to the top of the UK and eventually the US, deepening his musical talents. This is the fourth release, following the critically acclaimed Oddity Years, Nation Wide, and Diamond Days! While he was reaching the peak of mental exhaustion due to years of drug use, David was inspired by his first starring film, The Man Who Fell to Earth, and pursued further musical possibilities, exploring how a white man could incorporate black music. This resulted in the release of the masterpiece Station To Station. In live performances, he played a new fictional character, the Thin White Duke, and featured Nazism, which drew criticism from the media. This rehearsal footage captures the recording. The recording has long been well-known and has been released on CD. This is the footage. The Dinah Shore Show, a rare and wonderful recording, is almost entirely run-through, but the quality is not so good.
