This EAGLES live performance in California on March 4, 1980, has been digitally remastered in 24-bit from the stereo soundboard master. This was the final leg of the tour supporting the release of "The Long Run." Their diverse musicality ultimately led to their breakup the following year, but this release offers a stunning performance that doesn't hint at such a prospect. While the audio itself is based on a master that recently surfaced online, the digital remastering using professional equipment has transformed it into a completely different, richer, higher-quality sound. The setlist, which can be considered the culmination of the band's "first decade," is a must-see, and the guest appearances by David Sanborn on "The Sad Cafe" and "The Long Run" are also not to be missed.
