This release features a live performance from Eric Clapton's 2014 European tour, recorded at the Life Festival 2014 in Poland on June 28. Although there were rumors that Eric would not undertake any major tours in 2014, the tour he did embark on has since concluded; the concert featured here stands as his final live performance of that run, showcasing his impassioned guitar work at its best. Perhaps because the 2014 tour schedule wasn't overly grueling, he appears to be in excellent form, playing with an intensity that instantly draws the listener in. It is a truly magnificent concert. A bonus track featuring the smash hit "Wonderful Tonight," recorded at the June 26th show in Austria, is also included. Regarding sound quality: while it is an audience recording, the audio is high-quality, offering excellent clarity and a sense of presence that remains consistently enjoyable from start to finish.
