This is a complete recording of the third day, May 13th, from the three-day Japan tour in 2010, which was held in support of "Battle Studies." Held at Tokyo's JCB Hall for three consecutive days, this tour delivered a spectacular performance featuring a different set each day, focusing on new songs from the new album "Battle Studies" and songs from their previous album, "Continuum," as well as songs from their debut album, "Room for Squares," and cover songs. The final performance began with an unexpected opening number, "Waiting on the World to Change," which quickly brought the excitement to a fever pitch. The following performance, "Crossroads," featured a laid-back arrangement that sounded incredibly fresh, a stark contrast to the previous day's. An acoustic section in the middle of the show, featuring a cover of Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'," provided a satisfying finale. As for the essential sound quality, the first and second day performances, which were simultaneously released by the XAVEL label, are powerful sounds with a sense of realism that can be described as "the pinnacle of audience recording," whereas this final performance sounds like a soundboard recording at first glance, and is recorded with a sound quality that can be said to be miraculous, with a very clear and close sound image.
