This item couples the McAuley Schenker Group's February 1988 Japan performance and May 1988 Canada performance. It captures the period from 1987 when vocalist Robin McAuley joined the group, and they were known as the McAuley Schenker Group. Robin is often underrated among the vocalists who have worked with Michael Schenker, but the performance recorded on this item shows excellent chemistry with Michael, resulting in a very well-executed live show overall. Michael himself is very relaxed and natural, delivering top-notch guitar work. Regarding sound quality, the Tokyo performance uses an audience source, and although the recording position is slightly far away, the sense of presence and realism of the day is directly captured, allowing you to enjoy a powerful live performance. The Canada performance uses a stable SBD source.
