This is a live recording by Pat Metheny's trio. Recorded in 1986, it features the unusual combination of Miroslav Vitous on bass. This release features recordings of both the early and late shows at a historic jazz club in Cambridge. The setlists are unique, making for a welcome coupling. Recorded by TapeTyrant, the sound quality is clear and easy to listen to, although the bass is slightly weak in balance. Nevertheless, it's a superb recording that clearly captures the playing of Metheny and Haynes.
