Paul McCartney "A Man on the Run Vol. 1" (2CD)
Disc 1 features "ICA REHEARSALS 1972," a previously unreleased complete recording of rehearsals held at the London ICA on February 1, 1972, prior to Wings' first tour. This release features the complete 77-minute-plus recording of a precious rehearsal, previously only partially released on video, as the first time the entire recording has been captured. Disc 2 contains a newly discovered master recording of the February 9, 1972 performance at Nottingham University, the memorable opening night of Wings' first tour. The master copy of the live recording from that time was released in 2025, and the previously incomplete and degraded audio that circulated was greatly upgraded, generating much buzz. This release contains the complete original source direct recording. This is the definitive historical live recording documenting Wings' first performance. Bonus tracks include four previously unreleased demos and acetate recordings. The first release from the HMC label in 2026!
