This DVD features a complete recording of the February 11, 1964, Washington, DC concert. Using the best available technology, this recording captures the entirety of this legendary Washington performance. The audio CD features a highly acclaimed multi-band remaster, resulting in a truly stunning soundscape. The drums and guitar are fully stereo, creating a completely different soundscape than ever before. The second half features a different mix.

The first half of Disc 1 of the DVD features newly colorized concert footage using cutting-edge technology. Skin tones, costume colors, and even the drum stand are captured in more natural colors than ever before. The second half features the original black-and-white footage.

Disc 2 of the DVD features "What's Happening," a documentary about the band's first visit to the United States, colorized like the concert itself. While it would now be called "First US Visit," "What's Happening" was the documentary that captured the band's first visit to the United States.
