This complete set features demos from The Beatles' May 1968 recording sessions prior to the White Album!

While many of these simple demos made it into the final version for The White Album, some tracks were not included on the album, including Paul's "Junk," John's "Child of Nature," and George's "Circles" and "Sour Milk Sea," all of which were later released solo. These private tapes are essential for Beatles research, allowing you to hear the original versions. Previously known as the "Esher Tapes" or "Kinfaunse Demos," these recordings were recorded with the four members gathered at George's home. While portions of these recordings were included on the Anthology album, this release includes all of the extant recordings. In the past, the order of the songs and the intervals between songs have been edited, but this valuable record of the Beatles playing a rough demo in a relaxed atmosphere has been newly remastered from the longest original master, and it is the best quality complete version title.
