[Major Contents] The 1964 and 1965 performances are compiled on one CD each, while the DVD sections each feature surviving footage, including live footage and rare news footage from the time. CD 1 features the 1964 Olympia Theatre performance as well as recently unearthed audio from the Versailles concert. The second half of the compilation includes all of the studio session recordings from the Paris concert, the first overseas recording. CD2 features the complete 1965 Paris concert. This live recording, renowned for its high-quality soundboard recordings, includes the longest version, including the MC, from multiple sources. The upgraded sound quality, achieved by the Low Gene masters, offers the highest quality sound ever, clearly demonstrating the benefits of the latest remastering. The DVD also features a comprehensive compilation of Paris concert footage, including edited versions, also making their debut in both the 1964 and 1965 sections. The recently unearthed and much-talked-about 1964 Versailles concert and color footage of the Olympia Theatre, shot in 8mm by the band's co-stars, are truly must-see discoveries. While fragmented, these rare footage includes footage of fellow performers such as Trini Lopez and Sylvie Vartan. The 1965 Paris concert has also been remastered to minimize dropouts, image distortion, and audio interruptions, and the audio has been newly edited for the best possible quality. Of course, this is the complete version, with the concert track order intact, including "I Feel Fine," which was never broadcast on TV. In addition, the TV broadcast film version is also recorded as it is in the original, and the difference between sound and video can be clearly seen by comparing them.
