This is the first-ever complete stereo soundboard recording of the Milwaukee concert from the US tour following the release of "EDGE OF EXCESS," which featured Phil X (currently of BON JOVI) after Rick Emmett's departure. Phil's playing was also full of dynamism, unlike the restrained playing he had with Bon Jovi. In addition to Phil, former SANTERS member Rick Santars also participated on keyboards and guitar as a support musician, and looking back, it could be said that this tour featured what was arguably Canada's strongest lineup.
